Responsibilities

  • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsive of applications
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
  • Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies

Skills/Requirements

  • Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with the .NET framework Entity Framework. .Net Core. .Net MVC
  • Familiarity with the Microservices framework
  • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Skill for writing reusable C# libraries
  • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
  • Knowledge of concurrency patterns and domain design in C#

Linux System Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and support of task given by superior or management from time-to-time.
  • Assists in the research analysis, design and implementation of a new projects including storage, backup, cloud services, software and relevant services.
  • Acts as technical expert and consultant to develop or propose solutions to customers.
  • Responsible to resolve issues and maintain the SLA.
  • Work closely with internal team to complete the project activities.
  • Help build trusted relationships with the internal teams and customers.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor of IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working as Linux System Administrator or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess strong technical skills in terms of linux based systems, configuration, upgrades and integration with other platforms.
  • In depth knowledge of Cloud technology and features.
  • Ability to work extend hours especially for critical issues.
Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities

  • Providing customer support and technical issue resolution via email, phone, chat, social media and other online platforms.
  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
  • To be able to handle multiple concurrent chat and email interactions while addressing frequent start and stops from incoming phone calls, emails, social media interactions and other online platforms.
  • Identifying correcting and advising on technical issues in the customer's computer, laptop or mobile app.
  • Identifying trends in customer problems and provide clear feedback/inputs to the team members based on independent ¬†testing.
  • To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre setup are also encouraged to apply.

  • Work on weekends and public holidays with a fixed schedule (work on rotational shifts).
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English is a MUST.

Responsibilities

  • Perform infrastructure implementation as technical specialist.
  • Coordinate own tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate constant understanding on emerging IT solutions.
  • Achieve and maintain relevant certifications.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Provide documentations of system design, implementation and support.
  • Provide post-implementation training and support to customers

 

Skills/Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate.
  • Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferred skill(s): Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, Exchange Server, Windows, Amazon Web Services.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
